Yes, we can engrave photos onto various substrates. Please see our Instructions for Photo Engraving for more information.
Our engraving bed size is 800 mm x 600 mm but we can also do longer objects by engraving them one section at a time.
We can cut through items as thin as tissue paper and as thick as 10mm acrylic.
Please let us know what you’d like to engrave and we’ll find a way to make it happen for you or let you know right away if it can’t be done by us.
We can source materials for you or you can provide your own. There are certain items that are made especially for laser engraving like laserply – a plywood that is made with special glue that will stand up to the heat of laser cutting and engraving. Also, cast acrylic will work to engrave and cut but, extruded acrylic will just melt and make a mess. If you are unsure, please contact us and we can help you with making the right choices.
Depends on what you want done. We aim to have approved designs created and shipped within 24 hours. For larger orders and bespoke creations, lead time may be as much as 2 weeks. We’ll be upfront with you about time and scheduling.
Yes, on most substrates. We have a one time charge for conversion your logo into laserable format. We will keep it on file for use in the future. If there is any issue with converting your logo, we will tell you right away.
We prefer for images to be provided as vector files in black and white with no background colour or other lines. Any pencil lines or other distractions will be picked up in the conversion process and distort your image. We can work with PDF, EPS, JPG, BMP, CDR, DXF, SVG, AI, and other files. If there is any problem with the image, we will let you know right away. Please provide any rules for your corporate branding. We are happy to comply with your needs.

Yes. We are happy to engrave on your items. However, there is always a risk when engraving, cutting, or burning into an item. If the piece is precious to you, keep in mind that things happen. For example, we would hesitate to engrave the 200 year old chair that was made by your great great Grandad. Once engraved, it can’t be undone.
